From September 2025 Dolce will be providing catering services at St Raphael’s. Please ensure you have completed your account set-up for Dolce with School Grid ready for the new academic year in September 2025.

Parents should have received an email to the Priority 1 contact from School Grid by Friday 11 July 2025 asking them to set up your School Grid account which is required if you would like your child to have school meals from September. Also attached are guides to setting up and using this account;

We have been advised that ordering and menu’s will go Live on SchoolGrid on August 11th 2025.

COLLECTION OF SCHOOL MEALS MONEY AND SCHOOL MEALS DEBT POLICY 2023

 

Children may bring a packed lunch from home as an alternative to a cooked school meal, please provide a healthy balanced lunch for your child. We ask that you do not include fizzy drinks or cans, breakable containers, sweets or chocolate. Please ensure the lunch is in a lunch bag, clearly marked with name and class, and provide a spoon if necessary as there may not be one available.

School policy requires two weeks notice to move from school meals to sandwiches.

 

Universal Free School Meals

From September 2014 children in Reception Class, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a free school meal under a new government initiative. Should your child wish to have a school meal it will be free of charge whilst they are in these classes, this will still be covered by school’s policy as detailed above.
