Please remember:

• Ensure your child’s meals are ordered and paid for (where applicable) at the start of each school week.
• If you need help accessing SchoolGrid, please contact the school office.

🕒 Before & After School Provision

Please make sure you are familiar with the new operating hours and terms and conditions.

Important reminders:

• All sessions must be booked online before the session starts using your MagicBooking account.
• Please check that your account details are up to date, including contact details, emergency contacts and authorised collectors.
• Tax-Free Childcare voucher payments are reconciled every Monday.

👕 Uniform & Personal Property

To help us return lost items quickly, please label everything with your child’s name.

This includes:

• School uniform
• PE kits and PE bags
• Coats
• Water bottles
• Lunch boxes
• Other personal belongings

PE kits should be kept in school in a named PE bag.

🔗 School Uniform Information

Please note: We cannot guarantee that lost or misplaced items can be identified or returned unless they are clearly labelled with your child’s name.

 

💎 Earrings – Important Reminder

From September 2026, children may wear clear retainers in school.

From October 2026, traditional earrings are not permitted in school.

Please ensure your child is wearing clear retainers if they have pierced ears.

 

📱 Pupil Contacts & School Communications

All parents/carers should now be set up on the school communication system.

How messages are sent:

• Text messages → Priority 1 contact
• Emails → Priority 1 and Priority 2 contacts

If you are not receiving school texts or emails, please contact the school office so we can check your contact details.
