BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL PROVISION
From September 2024 our operational hours for both before and after school provision expanded and more places are available – all care is on site and led by school staff.
We now open at 7.30am and close at 5.30pm. There will now be a choice of options for sessions available to book – the standard original hours and new expanded hours, we have also added an additional option for childcare after attending sports clubs. The original offer remains the same and prices for the original sessions have not increased since September 2020.
Please see the attached letter for full details and the help documents which have screenshots showing the options available when choosing sessions to book from your user account. Help documents will also be available via the help function in your Magic Booking user account.

Additionally Magic Booking have launched a new TFC Childcare Voucher payment system, to link your HMRC account to your Magic Booking Account for easier and instance payment via TFC please follow the instructions on the attached information;

We have also updated our terms and conditions to reflect these changes and you will be asked to read and accept these when making bookings for Autumn Term 1.

Finally, if you haven’t used provision before but would like to from September 2025 please follow the instructions on setting up an account, you will need to do this before making any bookings.

All bookings for Before and After School Provision must be made online via Magic Booking. You can only book provision if you have created a user account and added your children therefore please ensure your account is set-up, validated and ready for you to make bookings.
